Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Opening Hours

Monday: Closed 

Tuesday - Thursday: 4pm - 11pm

Friday & Saturday: 3pm - 11pm

Sunday: 12pm - 6pm

Our standard check-in/check-out times are as follows:

Check in: 3pm – 10 pm

Check out: 7am – 11 am

If you wish to check in/out outside those times, please ask at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to your stay - Full Refund

Cancellation up to 1 week prior to your stay - 50% Refund

Cancellation the day before your stay - 25% Refund

Cancellation the day of your stay - No Refund

Do you have accessible rooms?

All of our rooms are on the first floor. There is no lift and the stairs are quite steep. We will of course assist you with your luggage on arrival and departure if requested.

 

We do, however, have other facilities that are accessable to all, including wheelchair access to the lobby, restaurant and garden. We also have staff members on hand to help with any needs or requests our guests may have. If you have any questions or need any assistance during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I bring my Dog?

We have a small number of dog/pet-friendly rooms at the Inn. There is a limit of one dog per room and an additional charge of £15 per night.

 

It is essential that you notify us of your desire to bring a pet at the time you make the booking.

 

There is a pub dog who lives at the Rhydspence. He is very friendly and roams freely during non-food service hours. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
